Due to the tragic earthquake that has just ripped apart Christchurch, New Zealand, destroying many lives and buildings, we are dedicating Saturday night to Christchurch.
Through the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan, and with the support of Pan Africana, Skaraoke, Page Down and The PIPE LIVE MUSIC HOUSE, we will be dedicating a portion of the profits to the New Zealand Salvation Army.
At this point an All Black rugby shirt signed by John Kirwen has been donated. This along with other typically Kiwi items will be raffled/auctioned off on Saturday night.
The raffle/auction will take place between the band break of Pan Africana and Skaroke at approx 1am. The MC will be Pan Africana’s own Kim Douglas.
At this point the doors are opening at 10 pm with the Page Down kicking off the night at 10.45.
Pan Africana will be on stage to astound you at 11.30 and Skaroke will cap off the night shortly after 1pm.

台灣獨立音樂界有新團體！在美國成立的The Looking Glass音樂團，以合成器與流行搖滾結合成獨一無二的風格, 讓我們台灣體驗新鮮的音樂。吉他手／主唱Jon Hom（譚家輝）和合成器家／歌手Annie Chii（杞亞軒）兩個團長最早在美國創作了一張有9首歌的 demo帶，希望他們到了台灣以後，能以demo帶作為音樂團的基礎。而透過朋友的介紹，貝斯手Iki Chen（陳奕齊）、鼓手Greg Russell (亭) 兩個人也加入了成員。The Looking Glass音樂團因超級high的表演風格而眾所周知，希望能把他們的音樂傳到整個台灣，讓大家一起跳舞。
New to the Taiwan indie rock scene, The Looking Glass brings their unique blend of synth/pop rock to the table. In early 2009, Jon Hom (Guitar/Vocals) and Annie Chii (Synth/Vocals) wrote and recorded a 9 track demo for a band that they hoped to create when they moved back to Taiwan. With the help of Phoebe Chen and DJ Baer, they were introduced to local bassist, Iki Chen and drummer, Greg Russell. Known for their incredibly energetic shows, The Looking Glass hopes to bring their music to everyone in Taiwan. Get ready to dance.
